  4. When did our topic evolve into Outdoor Rec centers? Is there a difference between outdoor and indoor rec centers?

I was wondering if rec centers were focused on early childhood development or are we able to broaden the scope to other types of rec centers, such as those that provide specific recreational sports. etc.

    - What factors lead to that status?

How are Rec centers funded and maintained? Who oversees these things for Rec Centers?

I'll also try to post up some sources here that might be useful
