Case Study 5

Please read it carefully for class on Monday - we'll be doing several projects related to the case, and you won't be able to participate in class on Monday unless you've done the reading. If you can, print out a copy to refer to in class.

This case is slightly longer, and it's complex, so give yourself some time to complete the reading.
